What is all this ‘we’ business?

Drummond Learning Ltd is the business-end of one man’s vision for a better life. Andrew Fraser Drummond of the clan Drummond BA Hons Assoc. CIPD

It’s me… with a little help from my friends.

Like many people, I dreamed of running my own business one day. It just so happened that that particular day was thrust upon me through circumstances out of my control when I was made redundant in 2010. An opportunity presented itself in the aftermath of this bizarrely wonderful occasion (I was married the day before) and surfing the high spirits of my honeymoon I chose to grasp it and see where it took me.

Since then I’ve been lucky enough to continue to do many of the things that I loved doing during my previous twelve years in business management and people development; sharing, empowering, creating, developing and meeting lots of amazing people who inspire me to do more and more every day.

Whilst I choose to remain effectively self-employed, I collaborate, associate and partner with other people and businesses from across a range of industries and disciplines drawing on specific expertise and resources. Staying true to my values means caring about my colleagues and clients alike – if I feel I can’t serve your needs, I usually know someone who can and I’ll tell you just that.
