The Blueprint

We experience several career defining moments during our lives. The transition from producer to manager is one of these. The moment you become responsible for other people, your organisational role changes significantly. And many things must also change in the way you think about and carry out your new role.

‘The Blueprint’ offers a manual designed with this purpose in mind.

  • Ideal for;
  • Talent identification and nurturing
  • Succession planning
  • Induction for new managers

‘Inside-out coaching’

The concept is simple.

We exist in two worlds (inner & outer) so we coach in two worlds (inside & out).

The programme works by mixing traditional coaching sessions (some work is still served best with the use of a desk) located at your office… …with outside walking/coaching excursions. We literally and metaphorically get outside of the issues to gain new perspectives.

Many of us head to the great outdoors to clear our minds and recharge our batteries. We encourage our clients to realise the full benefit of this physical and mental exercise by actively engaging the mind on the specific challenge at a time when the mind is both clear to focus and our senses are sharpened. We are animals designed to move and what is good for the body is good for the mind.

It’s a dual purpose method that has substantial benefit for both your personal effectiveness and your personal wellbeing at work.

Team-building with a psychological twist

(New for 2013)

As the saying goes, there are two facts you must know to understand human nature:

  • 1. All humans are alike
  • 2. All humans are different

Similarities and differences are really two-sides of the same coin. This course is aimed at understanding the psychological landscape that puts us all firmly on the same map.

From this you’ll build your understanding of the needs, motivations and skills required to maximise the performance in your own team

We mix classroom-based workshops that provide the foundation of understanding with tailored indoor and outdoor experiences that encourage putting learning into practice.
